Refund policy

Change of mind returns: Not accepted
As a small business, we can’t always resell opened household and personal care items, so we only accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders.

Damaged or incorrect items: Eligible for return or replacement (contact us within 14 days). We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Returns we accept
You may request a return if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or faulty, or
  • You receive the incorrect item

Hygiene note
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on items that have been opened or used, even if you’ve changed your mind.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags and seals intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@indisposable.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping
If the issue is on our side (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the return shipping or organise a return option. In other situations, return shipping may be at the buyer’s expense.

We process eligible returns within a week of receiving the item. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns we don’t accept
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Indisposable gift vouchers
  • Change of mind

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us at orders@indisposable.com.au within 14 days and we’ll organise a replacement or refund as needed.

If you’re after a different item, the quickest option is to place a new order.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at orders@indisposable.com.au.
