How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over $60 and for orders under the standard shipping cost is $10.95. We also offer express shipping for a flat rate of $15.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, you have the option to select express shipping at check out for a flat rate of $15.
Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS: 1-2 business days
NT: 3-4 business days for Darwin, 4-5 business days for regional areas
WA: 2-3 business days for Perth, 3-4 business days for regional areas
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Due to keeping our carbon footprint low we do not offer overseas shipping at this stage.
What are your dispatch times?
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmed payment. During holiday peak periods order processing and dispatch may experience slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.

How do you package your orders?
All orders are packaged and shipped 100% plastic free using recycled paper, cardboard boxes and kraft paper tape. We often reuse boxes received from our suppliers and once you've received your order we would love it if you could do the same.
