Replacing the Head: When it's time for a new brush head, keep the handle and switch out the head as needed. To replace the head, squeeze the two wires at the neck of the brush together to loosen the metal grip around the head. Let the clasp slide towards the handle and stretch the wires apart to insert the new head. Pliers may be needed for the first time. Once the replacement brush head is in place, squeeze the wires back together and push the metal clasp back up to the top to secure.

Care: To prolong the life of your dish brush, allow it to dry between uses and avoid leaving it sitting in water. Stand the brush upright on its bristles or hang it from the metal loop over a mixer tap handle or hook between uses to encourage water drainage. Treat the handle with wood oil or wax for added protection if desired. Over time, exposure to water, minerals within water, and dishwashing liquid may cause natural signs of aging, such as wood oxidation (dark spots/discolouration), cracks/splits in the wood, and bristle loss. These do not impact the functionality of the brush and are a natural part of its compostable nature.
